Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups oats
- 3/4 cup raisins (optional)
- 2/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1/2 cup oat bran
- 3 tablespoons flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup organic coconut
- 1 cup organic chopped almonds
- 1 1/2 cups organic creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup honey
- 5 tablespoons organic butter, melted
- 1 -2 cup chocolate chips, 2 for sure (Sunspire)
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine first eleven ingredients.

2Stir in peanut butter, honey and melted butter.

3Press mixture firmly into foil-lined 9x13 inch pan.

4Bake in preheated 350 F oven for 15 minutes.

5Remove from oven; sprinkle chocolate chips over bars.

6Return to oven until chocolate is softened (about 2 minutes).

7Spread chocolate evenly over bars. Cool slightly.

8Refrigerate until firm (about 2 hours)

9Cut into bars; wrap individually; store in refrigerator.
