  • 5 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. lemon rind
  • 1 tsp. orange rind
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/4 c. heavy cream

Directions

    Mix the first 6 ingredients well.

    Add 6 eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg.

    Add egg yolks and cream.

    Beat well. Pour into a spring-form pan.

    Bake at 500° for 20 minutes and reduce heat to 200° and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes more.

    Cool and do not remove spring-form until cake is cold.
