  • 14 cup mayonnaise or 14 cup salad dressing
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon kalamata olive, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons oregano, fresh
  • black pepper

    Drop Eggs in boiling water.

    Start timer for 14 min.

    Cool in ice water.

    Boil another 4-5 min.

    Halve eggs lenghtwise and remove yolks.

    Set whites aside.

    Place yolks in a bowl; mash with a fork.

    Add mayo, mustard, vinegar; mix well.
