  • 3 lb. chicken or chicken pieces
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 2 c. Pepsi-Cola

Directions

    Put chicken in Dutch oven, heavy pot or electric skillet. Pour on ketchup. (Do not salt and pepper.) Pour Pepsi-Cola over chicken. Let simmer on low heat on top of stove about 30 minutes covered. Take lid off; turn chicken over and simmer on low heat another 30 minutes uncovered. Then serve it. More Pepsi or water can be added, if needed.
