- 1/2 lb (.2 kg). butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup (225 ml) sugar
- 2 tbsp (30 ml). cocoa
- 2 pkts. roundwine biscuits [or any plain unsweet biscuit]
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) vanilla essence
Directions

1Place butter and sugar in a saucepan and melt together.

2Beat egg, cocoa and vanilla together.

3Mix butter and egg mixtures together.

4Crush biscuits and pour chocolate mixture into them.

5Mix well and press into a Swiss roll tin or simalar flat dish.

6Ice with chocolate icing and cut into small squares.

7Place in the fridge to set.

8Store in the fridge.
