  • large head cabbage
  • 3 large onions
  • 6 red hot peppers
  • 6 red sweet peppers
  • 6 green sweet peppers
  • 2/3 c. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. celery seed
  • 2 parts sugar
  • 2 parts vinegar

Directions

    Grind all vegetables.

    Place in pan with salt and let set overnight.

    Squeeze vegetables and add celery seed, sugar and vinegar.

    Keep refrigerated all the time.
