- 6 red sweet peppers
- 6 green sweet peppers
- 2/3 c. salt
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 2 parts sugar
- 2 parts vinegar
Directions

1Grind all vegetables.

2Place in pan with salt and let set overnight.

3Squeeze vegetables and add celery seed, sugar and vinegar.
