- 6 green bell peppers

- 1 large head cabbage
- hot pepper to taste
- 6 tsp. sugar
- 6 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 qt. pure apple cider vinegar
Directions

1Grind veggies with coarse blade.

2Sprinkle with salt and let stand overnight.

3Drain off juice and cover with mixture of sugar, celery seed, prepared mustard and vinegar.
