- 1 large egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 4 oz. green chilies, drained
- 1 c. monterey jack cheese, grated
- 8 oz. seasoned Italian tomato sauce
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 1 med. green pepper
- 1/2 jar hot salsa
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine corn chips, water and eggs. Press into 9 inch pie plate or casserole.

3Bake for 10 minutes. Brown ground chuck, drain.
