- 1 cup coarsely crushed corn flakes
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 egg white
- 1 Tbsp. water

1Preheat oven to 400F.

2Combine cereal crumbs, flour and salt in shallow dish or pie plate.

3Beat egg white and water in shallow bowl.

4Dip chicken pieces in egg white mixture, then in cereal mixture, turning over to evenly coat both sides.

5(For the breasts and thighs, dip just the meaty side in the coatings.)

6Arrange chicken on baking sheet, placing the breasts and thighs coating-sides up; spray chicken lightly with cooking spray.

7Bake 40 min.

8or until chicken is golden brown and cooked through (180F).
