- 1 (4 ounce) package spinach souffle (Stouffers)
- 3/4 lb swiss cheese, grated
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (4 ounce) box fresh mushrooms, sliced

Directions

1Saute the onions and the mushrooms until tender. Cook the pie shell halfway as directed on package.

2Fill the pie shell in the following layers: onions and mushrooms; grated cheese, spinach souffle.

3Bake 1 hour at 350. Cool slightly before serving.
