Upside-Down Apple Pecan Pie

- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1/3 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 15 oz. pkg. Pillsbury Already pie crust
- 2 tsp. flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 6 c. peeled and sliced apples
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2In 9-inch pie pan, combine pecans, brown sugar and margarine.

3Spread in bottom of pan.

4Prepare pie crust according to directions.

5Place bottom crust over pecan mixture in pan.

6In large bowl, mix apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg.

7Mix lightly.

8Spoon into pie crust.

9Top with second crust and flute top; cut several slits (only in top shell).

10Bake at 375° for 40 to 50 minutes.

11Cool 5 minutes, then turn upside-down on serving place.

12Good with ice cream.
