- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 6 slices Canadian bacon
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. milk
- 8 oz. crushed pineapple
- 1 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 1 egg
Directions

1Drain pineapple.

2Cook bacon.

3Heat butter in a 10-inch round glass dish at 400° until melted.

4Arrange bacon slices on bottom of dish so they overlap.

5Spoon pineapple over bacon.

6Sprinkle with brown sugar.

7Mix milk, egg and Bisquick.

8Carefully spread over pineapple.

9Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.

10Run knife around edges and invert on heatproof plate right away.
