- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 12 cups sugar
- 1 12 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 2 12 cups fruit cocktail, undrained
- 12 cup margarine
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 14 cups granulated sugar
- 23 cup evaporated milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Beat eggs and add sugar, flour and soda.

3Add fruit cocktail (don't drain).

4Pour mixture into greased 13x9 baking pan.

5Bake for about 40 minutes.

6When cake is nearly done, mix topping ingredients and boil for 3 minutes.

7As soon as cake comes out of oven, cut into squares while still in pan and pour the topping over hot cake.
