  • 3 green pepper rings
  • 1 lb. ground cooked ham
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Place green pepper rings in baking dish.

    Combine remaining ingredients.

    Press ham mixture on top of peppers.

    Cover with foil and bake at 350° in oven 1 1/2 hours.
