- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. green peppers
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. chili powder (optional)
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3 slices processed cheese, cut in half diagonally
Directions

1In ovenproof skillet, brown beef with celery, onion and green peppers.

2Stir in salt, chili pepper and soup.

3Combine biscuit mix and milk.

4Roll or pat dough into circle slightly smaller than skillet.

5Spread meat mixture evenly in skillet.

6Top with biscuit dough.

7Bake at 450° for 15 minutes.

8Turn upside down on platter. Top with cheese slices at once.
