  • 1/2 to 3/4 lb. Italian sausage
  • 8 oz. tomato sauce
  • 1/2 lb. cheese (Mozzarella or Monterey Jack)
  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 or 2 eggs
  • 1 onion

Directions

    Brown sausage with onion.

    Layer in baking dish: browned meat, tomato sauce and cheese.

    Mix Bisquick, milk and eggs.

    Pour over top of layered mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

    Top will brown.
