- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup creamy rice hot cereal, uncooked
- 1-1/2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
- 1-1/2 cups fat-free milk
- 3/4 cup cholesterol-free egg product
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400F.

2Mix spinach, cheese and onion; spoon evenly into greased 9-inch pie plate.

3Set aside.

4Combine cereal and baking powder in medium bowl.

5Add milk, egg product and margarine; mix well.

6Pour over spinach mixture.

7Bake 30 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.

8Cut into 6 wedges to serve.

9Garnish as desired.

10Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
