Upside-Down Spinach Pie

  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 1/2 cup creamy rice hot cereal, uncooked
  • 1-1/2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
  • 1-1/2 cups fat-free milk
  • 3/4 cup cholesterol-free egg product
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400F.

    Mix spinach, cheese and onion; spoon evenly into greased 9-inch pie plate.

    Set aside.

    Combine cereal and baking powder in medium bowl.

    Add milk, egg product and margarine; mix well.

    Pour over spinach mixture.

    Bake 30 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.

    Cut into 6 wedges to serve.

    Garnish as desired.

    Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
