- 6 - 8 onions
- 4 large green peppers
- 1 large bunch of celery
- 1/2 bushel tomatoes
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 whole clove
- 1/4 c. salt
Directions

1Clean fish and sprinkle with salt and let stand overnight.

2In the morning, rinse and pack in pint or quart jars.

3Add 1/2 c. mazola oil to each pint.

4Put on cover and process in pressure cooker for 90 minutes at 10 pounds of pressure.
