  • 10 qt. tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. salt
  • 1 hot pepper (optional)
  • 1 1/2 c. celery
  • 5 large onions
  • 4 sweet peppers
  • 5 c. water
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. sugar

Directions

    Cook tomatoes

    in their own juice and run through sieve to remove

    seeds.

    Cook together the celery, onions and peppers in the 5 cups water until tender, then run through blender.
