- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 whole vanilla bean, split
- 2 Tbsp. packed light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c. (12 oz.) strong, brewed Espresso coffee
- ground cinnamon
Directions

1In a saucepan, combine milk and vanilla.

2Scald the milk. Remove from the heat.

3Cover and let milk steep for 5 minutes.

4If you like your coffee sweetened, stir sugar into milk.

5Reheat milk briefly over high heat until steaming.

6Remove the vanilla bean. Transfer milk to blender.

7Whirl milk until frothy (45 seconds). Half fill 2 warmed coffee mugs with hot coffee.

8Add the hot milk, dividing it evenly.

9Sprinkle the cinnamon lightly on top.
