  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp. soda, dissolved in 2/3 c. buttermilk

Directions

    Mix flour and sugar.
  2. 2
    Boil margarine, vegetable oil and water. Pour over flour mixture and beat.
  3. 3
    Stir in eggs, vanilla, cinnamon and soda mixture.
  4. 4
    Pour into jelly-roll pan.
  5. 5
    Bake 20 minutes at 350°.
  6. 6
    Cool.
