- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 3 large cans evaporated milk
- 1/2 gal. milk
Directions

1Beat eggs at high speed until well beaten.

2Add sugar and beat until dissolved.

3Add flavoring and evaporated milk and mix well. Pour into freezer and add milk to the top.

4Mix well and freeze. Makes 6 quarts.
