  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4 Tablespoons Malted Milk Powder
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Directions

    Sift dry ingredients together. Add water and mayonnaise, beat until well blended. Add vanilla.

    Bake at 350 degrees (F) for 25-30 minutes.

    Makes one 9 x 13 or two 8-9 inch rounds.
