- 1/2 c. butter flavor Crisco
- 1/2 c. Crisco oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. plain flour
- 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cream shortening, sugar and eggs 1 minute on high.

2Blend flour.

3Add half of flour.

4Beat 1 minute.

5Add milk and remaining flour.

6Add flavoring and beat well.

7Bake at 325° for 1 hour. Increase heat to 350° and bake for 10 minutes.

8Bake in tube pan. Ice with your favorite icing.
