- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch, dissolved in a small amount of the milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Bring milk to a boil.

2Add sugar, dissolved cornstarch and egg.

3Cook 1 minute, stirring until thickened.

4Add vanilla. Cool.

5Ladle over rice pudding.
