  • 2 2/3 c. flour
  • 1 c. margarine, divided
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2/3 c. buttermilk
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 lb. powdered sugar
  • 2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 c. water
  • 3 tsp. vanilla, divided
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions

    Mix flour and granulated sugar together.

    Bring 1/2 cup margarine, oil and water to a boil; pour over flour mixture.

    Beat thoroughly.

    Beat in eggs, 2 teaspoons vanilla, cinnamon, baking soda and buttermilk.

    Pour into greased 17 x 11-inch pan and bake 20 minutes in 350° oven.
