- 2 to 2 1/2 lb. ground veal
- 4 medium onions, cut fine
- dash of thyme and sage
- salt and pepper
- 5 to 6 slices bread, cubed
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- 1 can mushrooms (and liquid)
Directions

1Shape into balls and brown in shortening or butter.

2Place in casserole. Add 1 can mushroom soup and 1 can of water.

3Add a little flour.

4A little Kitchen Bouquet may be added.

5Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
