- 1 1/2 lb. veal, cut in small cubes
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 1 can mushrooms
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. raw rice
- 1 can chicken rice soup
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 can water
Directions

1Simmer veal, onion, celery and mushrooms until tender.

2Season with salt and pepper.

3Add rice, soups, soy sauce and water.

4Put in uncovered casserole and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.

5Add more water, if necessary.
