  • 1 1/2 lb. veal or pork, cut into 4 slices
  • salt to taste
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • butter or oil
  • 4 lemon wedges

    Pound meat.

    Sprinkle with salt.

    Dip first in flour, then in eggs and then in bread crumbs.

    Fry in butter or oil until brown. Serve with lemon wedges.
