- plenty of Season-All
- table salt (according to personal taste or doctor's orders)
- small amount lemon pepper
- few splashes Worcestershire sauce
- few cloves garlic, sliced
- medium or large onion, sliced thick
- bacon drippings or cooking oil
Directions

1The seasoning of a beef roast depends upon size of roast and personal taste.

2Rub in red pepper, Season-All, salt, lemon pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

3Place garlic cloves on both sides of roast; place onion on and around roast.

4Let marinate overnight in airtight container.

5You can marinate longer if you desire.

6I take garlic off the next morning but this depends on personal choice.
