- 1 lb. veal
- 1/4 c. flour
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms
- 1/2 c. dry vermouth
- 2 Tbsp. water
- dash salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
Directions

1Cut veal into 2-inch pieces.

2Coat with flour.

3In skillet on medium heat in margarine, cook meat until light brown (2 minutes). Remove meat.

4Add more margarine, mushrooms, vermouth, water, salt and pepper and parsley.

5Cover and simmer 5 minutes until mushrooms are tender.

6Return meat to skillet.

7Heat through. Serve with rice.
