Veal Marsala

  • 1 lb. veal, very thinly sliced
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped oregano or 1 Tbsp. dried
  • dash of salt
  • dash of pepper
  • oil
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/3 to 1/2 c. Marsala wine

Directions

    Dredge veal in mixture of flour, oregano, salt and pepper. Heat a little oil in a large skillet and saute veal until lightly browned.

    Add mushrooms and wine.

    Cover and cook for 5 to 10 minutes until tender.
