- 1 lb. veal, very thinly sliced
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. chopped oregano or 1 Tbsp. dried
- dash of salt
- dash of pepper
- oil
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 1/3 to 1/2 c. Marsala wine
Directions

1Dredge veal in mixture of flour, oregano, salt and pepper. Heat a little oil in a large skillet and saute veal until lightly browned.

2Add mushrooms and wine.

3Cover and cook for 5 to 10 minutes until tender.
