- 1 lb. veal
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 c. Marsala wine
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 bouillon cube
- 1 c. mushrooms
Directions

1Saute garlic, veal, 1/8 cup of butter and 1/8 cup of water. Brown veal (no flour).

2Saute mushrooms, 1/8 cup of butter, 1/8 cup of water and bouillon.

3Mix mushrooms and veal.

4Pour in the wine.

5Cover with Parmesan cheese.

6Bake, covered, at 400°.
