Cheesy Chicken

  • 1 (8) pkg. crescent rolls
  • 2 c. cubed, uncooked chicken (2 large breasts)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Combine soup, milk and 1 cup of the cheese.

    Cook until the cheese is melted on low heat.

    Pour into a 9 x 9-inch baking pan. Roll the cut up chicken into the crescent rolls and place them on top of the soup-cheese mixture.

    Bake in a 375° oven for 20 to 30 minutes.

    Top with the rest of the cheese and garnish with parsley and parsley flakes.

    Return to oven until cheese melts.

    Serve immediately.

    (This freezes well after baking and can be reheated in the microwave.)
