- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/3 c. brown stock
- 2 Tbsp. each: butter and olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/2 c. Marsala
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Cut veal in small pieces.

2Flatten with a mallet to tenderize. Dredge in flour with salt and pepper added.

3Saute in frying pan in butter and oil.

4Remove to plate.
