Veal Marsala

- 1 lb. veal
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. Marsala wine
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 bunch parsley
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. oil
Directions

1Take veal and pound it round and out.

2Roll veal in flour and dip into eggs.

3Add oil to skillet and fry veal until brown. Remove veal and keep warm.

4In another skillet, melt butter.

5Then add wine and parsley.
-
6Gently mix sauce until it starts to thicken, then add veal for 2 minutes.

7Serve with pasta.

8Serves 2.
