- 4 boneless veal steaks, pounded thin
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 butter
- 2 lemons
- 2 teaspoons milk
Directions

1Salt and pepper the steaks.

2Heat butter in 12in. skillet on med. heat

3Roll the steaks in flour and brown on both sides turning occ.

4till done and golden brown.

5Remove from heat and keep warm.

6Slice one lemon.

7Extract juice from the other lemon.

8In skillet add lemon juice and slices.

9Cook for 2 minutes.

10Add milk.
-
11Stir well.

12Pour over veal and serve.
