- 2 lb. veal, thin cut
- 1 pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. capers
- 1 jar artichoke hearts (pickled in jar)
- 2 pkg. green onions, sliced or chop all
- 1 1/2 c. red cooking wine
- dash of Worcestershire
Directions

1Cut veal into strips (two fingers wide).

2Rinse strips to moisten.

3Dip in bread crumbs and brown (medium).

4Pour off excess fat.

5Saute green onions and mushrooms until clear.

6Add browned meat, wine and Worcestershire; simmer until vegetables reach desired stage.

7Serve with rice.

8Serves 4 to 6.
