- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. stewing veal
- 32 oz. can Italian tomatoes with puree
- 10 oz. frozen peas
- paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Heat butter and oil.

2Saute onions until translucent.

3Season veal with salt and pepper.

4Sprinkle on paprika.

5Brown veal on both sides in oil.

6Add can of tomatoes and simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.

7Add peas about 15 minutes before cooking is completed.

8Serve over noodles.
