Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. shoulder of veal, cut in 1 1/2 inch chunks
- 3 tbsp. oil
- 2 stalks celery, finely minced
- 1 onion, finely minced
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 1 carrot, finely minced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 c. skinned, minced tomatoes
Directions

1Brown veal in oil.

2Add in the carrots, celery, onions and garlic.

3Pour in the wine, scraping the pan and stirring.

4Cook for 3 min.

5Add in the tomatoes.

6Cook over medium heat for a few min.

7Then cover and simmer over low heat or possibly bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.

8I serve this over rice.
