- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 medium yellow squash
- 3 -4 chicken breast
- 1 salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder to taste
- 2 clove fresh minced garlic
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 3 cup pasta
- 3 tbsp oil for pan
- 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook pasta according to package directions.

2Make sure you salt the water for flavor.

3Chop vegetables into bite sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, set aside

4Cut chicken into bite sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, onion powder and garlic powder, then fry in large skillet in oil until no longer pink.

5Add the squash and zucchini and garlic, stir to combine.

6continue cooking about 5-10 more min, Until vegetables are at desired doneness.

7Stir frequently to keep from sticking to pan, add more oil if needed.

8Add the can of tomatoes and the cooked pasta, stir to combine and reduce heat to med - med low.

9Continue cooking 5 mins until hot.
