- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- Pinch of salt
- 3 cups soymilk
Directions

1Combine the sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, and salt in a saucepan and slowly stir in the soymilk.

2Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 10 minutes, or until it comes to a boil.

3Cook for 1 more minute and remove from the heat.

4Pour into individual bowls and refrigerate until completely chilled.
