  • deer meat or lean beef
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 3 tsp. water
  • 1/3 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/3 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. m.s.g.
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Cut meat into thin strips.

    Brush meat on both sides.

    Put on cookie sheet or hang from toothpicks on rack in oven.

    Heat oven to lowest temperature setting.

    Baste and turn meat often.
