- 1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup corn meal
- 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 5 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 tbsp oil
- 9 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
Directions

1Preheat the oven at 350F for 15 min.

2Mix the dry ingredients separately from the liquids and the mix all together very well.

3Put all in a bread pan previously greased and then put in the oven for about 25-35 min.

4Let it chill.
