- 16 ounces vanilla-flavored soymilk or 16 ounces rice milk
- 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 14 cup white sugar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 14 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 12-1 cup rum (optional) or 12-1 cup brandy (optional)
- nutmeg (to garnish)
Directions

1In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients except nutmeg; blend thoroughly, stopping occasionally to scrape down sides of bowl.
