  • 1 cup Firm Silken Tofu
  • 1/4 cups Cashews
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoons Vegetable Bouillon Powder (or Spike Brand Seasoning Mix)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Pepper

Directions

    Drain excess liquid from the tofu by placing it between paper towels and patting gently.

    Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until very smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape the sides.

    Taste and adjust seasonings or add more liquid for a thinner consistency.

    Refrigerate overnight before eating.

    Keep it in an airtight container and it will be fresh for 5 days.
