- 4 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 unbeaten eggs
- poultry seasoning to taste
- garlic salt to taste
Directions

1Mix all ingredients; make into patties.

2Brown slowly in a nonstick frypan until done.

3Serve hot on a bun with a slice of tomato, onion and lettuce.
