- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing mix
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 6 c. finely chopped fresh vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, red pepper, carrots, onions, etc.)
Directions

1Open rolls and spread flat on two cookie sheets.

2Bake at 375° until slightly brown on bottom.

3Remove from oven and sprinkle on grated cheese while crusts are still warm.

4Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and dressing mix in a bowl; spread evenly over the two baked crusts.

5Add any combination of chopped vegetables and press down into the filling.

6Refrigerate overnight for best flavor. Cut into finger-serving sized pieces and serve.

7Makes 90 small pieces.
