Vegetable Appetizer Pie

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 6 c. finely chopped fresh vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, red pepper, carrots, onions, etc.)

Directions

    Open rolls and spread flat on two cookie sheets.

    Bake at 375° until slightly brown on bottom.

    Remove from oven and sprinkle on grated cheese while crusts are still warm.

    Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and dressing mix in a bowl; spread evenly over the two baked crusts.

    Add any combination of chopped vegetables and press down into the filling.

    Refrigerate overnight for best flavor. Cut into finger-serving sized pieces and serve.

    Makes 90 small pieces.
