- 1/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup green pepper diced
- 1 dash garlic salt
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2/3 cup milk
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper each
- oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated
- 2 cups tomatoes drained
- 1 package frozen corn
- 1 pound onion
Directions

1Melt butter in pan.

2Add green peppers and dash garlic salt.

6Add milk, salt, pepper, oregano and sugar.

7Heat stirring until thick.

8Add 1/2 cup cheese and the tomatoes.

9Place in casserole.

10Add the corn and onions.

11Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese over top.

12Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes, uncovered.
