  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup green pepper diced
  • 1 dash garlic salt
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper each
  • oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated
  • 2 cups tomatoes drained
  • 1 package frozen corn
  • 1 pound onion

    Melt butter in pan.

    Add green peppers and dash garlic salt.

    Cook until tender.

    Add milk, salt, pepper, oregano and sugar.

    Heat stirring until thick.

    Add 1/2 cup cheese and the tomatoes.

    Place in casserole.

    Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese over top.
