- 1 pkg. American Mixtures vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots)
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 2 sticks Ritz crackers
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
Directions

1Cook vegetables according to directions.

2Melt cheese together with milk in saucepan.

3Put vegetables in casserole dish, pour melted cheese over vegetables.

4Crush crackers and sprinkle over top of vegetables.

5Cut tabs of margarine and place over top of casserole.

6Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
